On Thursday, June 8th, M&M International hosted Theresa Murphy’s Seven Levels of Leadership Workshop at the Spadina Center for Social Innovation. Theresa is an exceptionally talented and certified leadership coach who, when she is not running her own business, consults for M&M International.
The workshop focused on the energy we bring to different situations and how it mediates our responses in those situations. We learned to be more aware of the ways in which our own values and beliefs impact our decision-making processes and how our perceptions of the world shape our interactions in business, and in life. She presented an interesting lens to view the scope of our own thoughts, and actions – those which may be helping or hurting us!
